Postal ECU
The postal ECU service is aimed at professionals and enthusiasts. If you have diagnostic equipment and an understanding of the machinery you want to modify this service is for you. It is particularly suited to independent mechanics and dealers. Just fill in the Postal Remap Form with as much information as possible and Agri Remaps will provide a quote and the necessary information on the work involved both Pre and Post Remap.
Different stages of power tune are available depending on the model and specification of your machine. If you are selecting the power tune option alone or with any other option please get in touch using the contact form to obtain options and establish your requirements. If the ECU arrives without these options confirmed the turnaround will be delayed.
If you would like to check the model of ECU you have, send over the Bosch number starting with 0281 and I can confirm if needed.
Please Read Additional Notes Below and Check Through The Additional Dropdown Boxes Underneath
- All Deletes are for off road use only and may require additional electrical disconnections, and some modification. All required information will be supplied.
-
DPF Deletes will need the soot/ash level resetting with CNH EST or a suitable diagnostic tool before sending the ECU. Alternatively if you have no faults perform a full regen. If you do not carry out this reset or regen prior to ECU removal additional costs may be incurred and AGR accepts no responsibility.
- It’s advisable to carry out Dataset registration once the ECU is refitted to the machine on all CNH machinery, Its not always necessary but its advisable to have the option if needed. If you get a 3157 error this process is necessary.
About AGR ECU Remaps
Power Maps are available in Stages to suit requirements, and are relatively straight forward if you are able to locate, remove and refit an ECU.
Economy Maps again are relatively straight forward if you are able to locate, remove and refit an ECU.
Adblue Deletes for off-road use often require the electrical disconnection of the pump and usually allow for the disconnection of other related sensors too if needed.
EGR Deletes for off-road use usually require the electrical disconnection of the EGR Valve. In most cases It also allows you blank and remove the EGR valve if required and additionally remove the EGR Cooler or disconnect the Coolers coolant feed in the case of a EGR coolant leak.
DPF Deletes for off-road use are a little more involved, Soot and Ash level resets will be required using diagnostic software, the centre of the DPF will need removing to prevent blockage, Sensors may need disconnecting or resistors installing. (Resistors will be supplied with instructions if needed)
Please note:
Some ECUs will require specific resets either before or after reprogramming, but all information will be provided before booking in of the ECU.
