Return & Refund Policy
  • Cancellation period: You have 14 days from the day you receive the goods to inform AGR you want to cancel.
  • Return period: You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify AGR to send the item back.
  • Refund: You are entitled to a refund within 14 days of AGR receiving the goods back.
  • How to return: You must notify AGR of your decision to cancel, which can be done via email or the contact form and we will send details of how to return your product. Please note Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
